Looking Past The Facade

Once again, Cyclops turns out to be one of my experiementations for a few features of PhotoShop which I have never or rarely use. The effect did not really come anywhere near my expectations but I’m quite proud of this work because it breaks me into new grounds of artwork which I have never been before.

Mother Earth

The last piece of work to complete the “Nature” series. It’s kind of a little bit of both sides of Mother Nature. The destructive as well as the peaceful forces of Mother Earth. But the overall effect is not exactly what I desire, because this piece of work turns out to be a little messy.

Serenity Of Nature

This is part two to the series “Nature”. If Nature can be violent and destructive, it can swing the other way. How many of us actually see the mild and serene side of Mother Nature? It’s only a handful of us who can really enjoy the peace of Nature and closely examine the life circle.

Nameless Work

Haha, this is actually quite a stupid fanart. I was being pestered by one of my friend, who is obsessed with Tom Welling, to make something for her, so this is just something I put together in three or four minutes just to satisfy her fetish. Come to think of it, this doesn’t even have a name…

Blue Fire

I have no idea where this image came from. Seriously. I just found it in my folder on my computer. Apparently, this image dates back so long that I don’t really remember when and for who I did this for. But there is one thing I know for sure though. I must be damned fascinated with the colour blue and fire.

Burden Of Maturity

This is the second part, the so-call companion piece to “Innocence Of Youth”. While that has a more “innocence” edge to it, this is more “grave” when compared to the other piece. We may grow wiser as we grow older, but not necessary happier. And who really know what each and everyone of us is going through and what problems we have?

Innocence Of Youth

This poster has a more “innocent” edge to it, which is exactly the effect I wanted to portray. In “Digimon”, T.K. is the holder of the crest “Hope” and his digimon is “Angemon”. I created this poster based on the idea of innocence because of the smile T.K. has, which is both angelic and innocent, unaware of the dangers and seems to just enjoy life. And you can’t deny that the guardian angel companion he has is really beautiful. There is a companion piece of work to this poster though.

Mesmerising Eyes

Exactly what is beyond Cyclops’ eyes? I guess that is one thing that no one will ever know. Even the colour of Scott Summers is not established as of present moment. But that is one thing I know though. I have never done anything pictures extensively in red before. Blue or black is the colour I do with most of the time, so this is something that is very different from my other works.

Genesis Of Cyclops

This is something that I painstakingly put together, so I would really appreciate it if you guys at least credit me if you are going to use it. I have no idea why I used Cyclops as the main theme when there are many other characters which I could have done the same. I think the idea is that James Marsden impressed me with his acting abilities in both “X-Men: The Movie” and “X2“.

Beast Boy

Isn’t he just cute? You can’t ignore that the production team on “Teen Titans” really brought Beast Boy to life from comic to cartoon. I’m not saying that the others are not good but they just pale in comparision to Beast Boy. In my opinion, of course.
